Jason Myer is a manufacturing operations and continuous improvement professional with more than 20 years of experience improving performance inside manufacturing organizations. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, his work focuses on Lean, continuous improvement, operational excellence, daily management systems, standard work, and practical process improvement.
His career includes operational and continuous improvement experience with manufacturers including Kraft Heinz, Ball Corporation, and Nature's Bakery. That experience has put him directly on manufacturing floors working with the problems operations leaders face every day—from waste, downtime, and inconsistent processes to throughput constraints, performance management, and recurring problems that never seem to stay fixed.
Jason is also a United States Marine Corps veteran.
He founded OpsVectra Partners LLC to turn that experience into practical ways for organizations to improve operations without assuming every problem requires a large consulting engagement.
Jason is also the creator of OpsVectra AI and the author of Slice the Waste: A Lean Manufacturing Guide for Small Business Owners and Master AI Prompting In Under 50 Pages.
